What files are you referring to...?
If users are posting links to external host providers, Solid Thinking can't do anything about it...
If, however, files uploaded to the Thea Render web server/this board, then it's an issue, which is controllable...

Yep i'm referring to all files which was added to forum with *.thea extension - those files are not available at least for me. There's a lots of very useful material presets in Licesed User Club section - and now those presets are gone. My question is why? Is there any understandable reason for this? Our whole internal support base which was built over years with lot of people effort is now gone.

Has this happened after the forum upgrade or just recently?
We will investigate it and if possible, restore the support for .thea files.

Dear D-W,

thank you for reporting the issue. This didn't happen on purpose; it was simply an issue with some default settings after the upgrade of our forum that needed editing. The upgrade caused some changes and we are in progress to correct everything we notice or is reported.

It should be working correctly now; please let me know if you find any other weird issues with the forum so that I can check them and fix them.

With kind regards,
Christina

Oh, do not be so literal  You know that we have a sudden drop of temps in Poland so i feel bit awkward last time (backwards?) Jesienna depresja i te sprawy (I there a proverb/saying for this?)

But... seriously, having in mind regression of licenses i thought this is another 'wonderful' idea. Now i can sleep well knowing that was only a silly bug. Thank you Christina for taking care of this :)
