Cannot perform online activation due to web Proxy

If your system is on a corporate network where a web Proxy is used, please note that your system will not be able to perform an online activation of your Thea Render License. In such cases what is necessary is for a manual activation of your Thea Render license.

To perform a manual activation you will need to contact our licensing team at and provide them with exported license file from Thea Render Studio.

To export a license file for manual activation, please open Thea Render Studio and select Help > License Form. From the Misc tab select the Export License option and save the binary file to a specified folder. You will need to send the license file as well as confirmation of your license ownership to our support team.
