Two new pdf guides have been added at the Thea Edition 1.2 Tutorials page.

- The first pdf is for the Adaptive (BSD) engine and its settings. Here apart from the settings that one needs to know for tuning the engine, several tips and ways to remove artifacts are given.

- The second pdf gives the main guidelines for making a Walkthrough Animation. Apart from the pdf you can also download the corresponding scene to see the camera motion and engine settings.

Hi Christina,

I just downloaded the walkthrough animation scene and rendered the file.

As I am new to animations, can you refer me to the workflow of post pro
in producing the animation file? what program was used to compile the images?

Thank you for your time- Bob

Dear Bob,

we have published some main steps for stitching the animation at a previous pdf:
http://www.thearender.com/resources/Tur ... mation.pdf

At pages 3-5 you can see the way the exported frames are being added together to make an animation. At our example we used Sony Vegas, but any other similar program can be used in the same way (Windows Movie Naker or VirtualDub). Hope this helps!
