I enjoy designing & building spaceships in SketchUp.... but I have two areas I need tutorials for. One is how to add textures to my ships. I cannot see how to do that (I mean specific areas like mapping panels & graphics, not just overall dirt) In Thea Render. Two, while there are a 'few' videos on animation, in Thea Studio, I cannot find one that tells me, in detail, how to create a 'flyby'for my ships. Turntables & walk-throughs, but not flybys - that I can find.

ANY help in either of these areas will be very much appreciated.

I'd say that those questions have nothing to do directly with Thea Render and everything to do with SketchUp itself... :eh:

Applying UV mapping, materials and textures to your 3D model is something you do in your modelling application and the same goes for the camera, where you have several options in SU with different extensions to create fly bys...

So you're saying that SketchUp has a way to create UV maps?

And, as for animating a flyby,... what about Thea Studio? Those other tutorials I mentioned, above, were all about animating in Thea Render - so how does that have nothing to do with it?
